 Designed for aromatherapy, it provides soothing heat when warmed in the microwave: heat for 1 minute initially, then add 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

Never exceed 2 minutes of continuous heating and avoid heating if the pack is damp, allowing it to dry naturally to ensure safety.

Versatile for use as a cold pack as well—place inside a sealed snap lock bag before freezing.
