Large Heat Packs

Aromatherapy heat packs measuring 27cm x 27cm, filled with Australian lupins and botanicals and made from 100% cotton in the beautiful Yarra Valley. Washable covers can be bought separately.

These heat packs are made to order, so please allow about 4 days before dispatch.

How to heat

  • Microwave for 1 minute, then 30 seconds at a time until it reaches your desired warmth.
  • Do not heat for more than 2 minutes in total.
  • Do not heat if there is any moisture in the heat pack. Let it dry naturally.

Using as a cold pack

Place the pack in a snap-lock bag before putting it in the freezer. We recommend using each pack for either heat or cold, not both, as moisture from freezing can cause the filling to scorch or catch fire when heated.
